Did you know that in Ireland on St. Patrick's Day, what they do is to go to mass and then go home and have a nice quiet dinner. Yep, it's true! No green beer, or beads, or parades, and they've never heard of corned beef. Hope I didn't burst a bubble. Just sayin'. It IS the prettiest country ever, and I am proud to be of Irish Heritage! :) Hurray!
Here's my favorite Irish Toast:
