In the Most Unlikely Places

I kept meaning to take a photo of this cute pink box my friend Diane had for sale at the "3 Friends" sale a few months ago. Don't you just love it? In order to get this photo I kind of had to sit in the living room closet. Ok, not kind of... I did. I was in my pajamas too. My husband walked by to get coffee, saw me sitting in the closet in my jammies and kept walking. He shook his head but he has quit commenting on my shenanigans. Otherise, he would have to do a "running" commentary, and seriously he isn't much of a talker.

Here are a few "specially comissioned" pieces I did today. By "comissioned" I mean I told them I needed soldering practice, and by "specially" I mean the designs were my idea, and my friends said "sounds good!"

The back of the "cute as a" charm has a button on it (get it, "cute as a button"?). The back of the Bianca piece says "Biatch" which is HER word, I don't want you to think I go around calling her that, or that we girls at work say naughty words of any kind to each other. I never heard that word (at least not that version of it) before I met her!

The "S" and the "T" are vintage Anagram (game) pieces.

Will you tell your husband to quit laughing at you and go catch the bad guys that are apparently out loose in our area... We would be ever so happy if Mt. Angel could show us how its done!! Yikes I even locked my doors!!
    Let's have a work day !!

  2. Sheila, you are so talented! I LOVE THESE! It is so generous and kind of you to give them to us at work. We are VERY lucky to have you as a coworker and friend.

My hubby too now just shakes his head and keeps walking. I love that about them. ; )
