Hurray! My Charms Have Gotten National Attention!

Thanks to my amazing friend Tina! You have heard me speak of her. Here is an article about her trip, and the 4th photo down shows photos of my charms and a little blurb about me. I am humbled by this, and especially by Tina, how she raises her son, Luke, and how she lives and gives to everyone she is in contact with. She shares herself and her life.

And oh, by the way, the first photo charm is of Lucy (the young girl she sponsors in Africa, that's what it's all about!)and that is Tina and Luke on the other.

This photo is of my Grandson Brock, (the back is the one with the button) and the other ones are various ones I've done as custom orders. Please email me if you have any questions, or would like to order one!

This is the front of one of my collaged charms using vintage wallpaper, postcards and other ephemera along with watercolor, ink and vintage stamping. And "began to dance" is on the back.

I can never get the photos to go in order for me, or with captions. Ugh. You get the idea though. If you can help me (or put me out of my misery) with this photo issue, please let me know. :)

  2. Absolutley adorable!!! Your charms and the kids! Do you use crushed mica in your work? I was just going to ship something to England and they showed me the list of customs restrictions for the UK and it said no mica?! The postal lady thought it might mean like cards with mica on it because it can flake off and make a mess? What do the Brits have against sparkle? First the taxes, then the tea, and now this. They just might be getting on my last nerve...( no, I wasn't actually shipping anything with mica, but still!)
