Count Down to the Terri Brush Designs Retreat in Manzanita!

The countdown for the Terri Brush Designs Beach Art Retreat has begun. Terri is such an inspiring teacher and artist. (Patient too)!  She is in much demand and flies hither and yon to teach workshops in various states!  She loves to teach and it shows. She also makes sure every last detail is taken care of so that we all feel treated specially.

Ok,you already know I can't wait! I'm thinking about the classes, the people, the beach, the fun... well you get it. I'm also gathering together bits and pieces of cool things (ephemera, etc.) to make fun packets of goodies for each person! There will be 20 of us, so that will be a fun challenge to finish getting cute things together (like NOW). The DH keeps asking "when are you going to do all this?" Well, it's all in my head, so I think that is a huge step in the right direction, don't you? I'm now trying to think of a cool way to package goody packet.

I've also been trying to find a new bathrobe, but it's almost impossible. Everything in the stores right now is either silky (ick) or plush (too hot) and most places don't even carry robes anymore. Trust me, mine is not fit to be viewed by the public anymore. Paint spots, bleach marks, little holes everywhere. (It probably looks like every other crafter's favorite bathrobe, but I do need to be presentable)! Wish me luck!

Not all of the projects will be soldering, and some will be very different than anything that any of us have ever done! Top Secret for now! I'll show you when I get home!
