My Dad: May 15, 1936-January 12, 2011

In loving memory of my father, Thomas P. Doohan, Sr. Ph.d, retired superintendent of schools, Montana.  Born and raised in Anaconda, Montana and lived in many places!

Father of six, taught many, loved deeply.  I always thought of him as the "pied piper"...  he was so charismatic.  Wherever he was, he always had the whole room in his spell in very short order, and then he kept them as followers and friends.  He lived very large and was bigger than life.  He wanted to do it "all" and to be honest, he pretty nearly did.

I love you, Pop.

  7. Hi Sheila,
I'm so sorry to hear about your dad. You have certianly had a rough year. I hope you are doing ok.
I was at Vintage Roost today and guess what I bought? Your pink coffee table!!!!! I knew it was yours the minute I saw it. It sits royally in front of MY green couch now and looks as if it belongs there.
I have a question, I am going to paint it again, probably the same color or close to it. Did you spray or brush paint it and did you use metal paint?
You are in my prayers, Kay
